Mea’s Stand, South Parsons Avenue, #columbus #ohio
Thanksgiving of 2011, I posted some pics of Mea’s Stand produce. On my photo excursions to the neighborhood, I MUST stop in to buy a few things. It is truly a blessing to the south side community. Tucked just east of the Parsons Avenue and Marion Road intersection, this roadside stand sells fresh produce, cheese and baked goods delivered straight from Ohio’s Amish communities and the southern states. All Columbus residents, especially those living on the south end like German Village, should pay Mea’s a visit. After all, as Mea herself would say upon customer arrival all the way through check out, “We got ev’ray thang! Pies, beets, squash, lettuce… We got it!”
